PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training is the most effective way to reach your next health milestone. These private training sessions are customized to each individual, based on your own goals and needs. With detailed assessments before any workout is done, our science-based programming will ensure the safest and most efficient form of progression and growth. 2:1 sessions are available by request.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Our Semi-Private workouts hold a maximum of 6 participants, allowing for personal feedback and coaching for each individual. Knowing when to progress or to take a step back is vital, and our coach's job is to improve you as YOU - and not just another number in a class.

PRIVATE GROUP WORKOUTS
A private group workout for 4-8 friends, colleagues, teammates, family members or whatever! Have one of our coaches bring you through a structured and energetic workout, with the the whole space booked out just for your group! Expect to have fun, be pushed safely and learn how to move better with some new exercises to play with.
