From a young athlete to a gym enthusiast by his mid-teens, Cormac’s path in fitness became clear when he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport & Exercise in 2015. Emigrating from Ireland to Canada the following year, his journey led to the opening of Shamrock Athletics in 2023 - a space built around both fitness and community.
With over 13 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Cormac has not only transformed clients’ lives but has also made his mark in management, education, and mentorship within the fitness industry. As a dedicated soccer player, avid skier, and former competitive weightlifter and runner, he understands the unique challenges of each client.
Cormac is committed to developing high-quality coaches who prioritize real coaching - not just exercise demonstrations - guiding clients toward long-term progress and meaningful results. His own coaching style, likened to a motivating drill sergeant, strikes the perfect balance between pushing clients to reach their full potential and providing the support they need throughout.

David is a passionate gym and sports enthusiast who also relocated from Ireland to Vancouver in pursuit of a more active lifestyle. With a background in Hyrox and high level competitive field sports, he also holds certifications in Personal Training, CrossFit, and group coaching.
He has spent many years coaching groups and sports teams, making training a central part of his life. His dedication to his own training reflects his commitment to living an active, healthy lifestyle.
David believes effective training should challenge both the body and mind, preparing you for the demands of everyday life. His approach focuses on creating a supportive environment while pushing clients to build confidence, improve, and go beyond what they thought possible.

Ben’s journey through the fitness world includes experience in bodybuilding, CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, postural training, and running. This diverse background has shaped his belief that performance is about more than aesthetics - it’s about moving well, feeling strong, and living a high-quality life.
Originally from England and having spent several years in Australia, Ben is a passionate snowboarder who focuses on functional strength training, particularly for outdoor performance. With a strong appreciation for Olympic weightlifting, he helps clients improve movement patterns to unlock more efficient, pain-free training.
Ben believes training should enhance every aspect of your life. His patient coaching style combines technical precision with a focus on long-term resilience, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and continue to live an active lifestyle.
Katie Hole

Katie is a Vancouver native who spent her university years in Calgary, and is driven by the outdoorsy lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest. She specializes in helping outdoor enthusiasts and athletes bridge the gap between gym training and performance outside.
With a background in athletic conditioning, functional strength training, and injury prevention and rehab, Katie brings a well-rounded approach to coaching. She also has experience in pre and post natal training, helping clients move safely and effectively through different stages of life.
Katie focuses on using multi-directional and loaded movements to improve how clients move across a range of activities - from running and court sports to skiing, surfing, and hiking. Her goal is simple: to help clients perform at their best and keep doing what they love, injury-free.
Outside the gym, Katie lives what she coaches - competing in basketball and volleyball, or exploring the mountains and water whenever she can.

Meg is originally from a small town in BC and holds a Human Kinetics degree from UBC Okanagan. With 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, she also practices as a Kinesiologist in North Vancouver.
Meg has extensive experience working with pre and post natal clients, both one-on-one and in group settings. She believes strength training during this stage of life is essential, helping women better support the physical demands their bodies go through.
With a background in sport from a young age - particularly soccer and basketball -Meg now enjoys trail running and pushing both body and mind amongst the trees.
Meg values functional strength training for both herself and her clients, focusing on movement patterns that improve efficiency and carry over to everyday life. She prioritizes exercises that help you move better, feel stronger, and perform with confidence.
