PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is the most effective way to reach your next health milestone. These private training sessions are customized to each individual, based on your own goals and needs. With emphasis on private, we only only allow 2 trainers to work with clients at any given time.

With detailed assessments before any workout is done, our science-based programming will ensure the safest and most efficient form of progression and growth. 2:1 sessions are available by request.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

These small groups hold a maximum of 6 clients, allowing for personal feedback and coaching for each individual. Knowing when to progress or to take a step back is vital, and our coach's job is to improve you as YOU - and not just another number in a class.

Semi-Private Strength - lower reps, heavy lifting, blending functional & traditional strength methods.

Semi-Private Conditioning - higher reps, faster paced, with an athletic conditioning focus from start to finish.

STRONG MOMS CLUB

These small groups are designed for pre & post natal moms to connect with other new moms while building their strength back up!

Women's body's change immensely during this time in their lives; growing, supporting, and providing for another being. We need to support this change with strength training.

Babies are welcome to stay in the room during these workouts, but are not required to come along.
